[webkit-efl] LayoutTest percentage results problem

I need ratio passed/running. I don't know why WebKitTestRunner run all test
ignoring skipped. I think something wrong goes during interpreting
TestExpectations files.

Hi Mateusz,
If you want raw result, adding '--force' option on your command would help
you.

But it looks correct: 100% of your tests behaved as expected.
Maybe not the wording "passed" is misleading.
