[webkit-efl] WebKit2 EFL TestExpectations

Hi,

A patch landed today to support cascaded TestExpectations in WebKit2 EFL
[1].

We now have 2 TestExpectations files for EFL port:
- LayoutTests/platform/efl/TestExpectations : Applies to both WK1-EFL and
WK2-EFL
- LayoutTests/platform/efl-wk2/TestExpectations: Applies to WK2-EFL only.

Please keep this in mind when gardening: i.e. if a test fails for WK2 only,
then add it to efl-wk2/TestExpectations, not efl/TestExpectations. We
should now do our best to keep the WebKit2-EFL bot green as well.

FYI, there is currently no TestExpectations for tests that are failing for
WK1-EFL only (and not WK2). This is however something we may need to
consider in the near future.
