[webkit-efl] Release Bot needs a clean build

Hi guys,

Some tests are failing because a build flag is disabled:

ENABLE_DRAG_SUPPORT = OFF

We had the same problem on the Debug bot. It can be solved by triggering a
clean build or by removing CMakeCache.txt.
