[webkit-efl] Pulseaudio Issues on Debug Buildbot solved

Hi Gyuoung,

I just resolved some pulseaudios issues on our buildbot that were 
causing a number of media tests to timeout, for example: 
http/tests/media/video-throttled-load-metadata.html
I documented the solution here:

Maybe this is needed on the release buildbot as well.
