I just noticed that the style guide claims that we should be writing a C++ null pointer as 0[1]. I was under the impression that we had left that by the wayside now that we have C++11 and nullptr goodness. Is that impression mistaken, or shall I update the style guide to say that we should be using nullptr in C++?<br>
