[webkit-dev] Matthew Finkel is now a WebKit reviewer

I’m delighted to announce that Matthew Finkel, GitHub name sysrqb, is now a WebKit reviewer!  �� 

He’s been working on features like partitioned SessionStorage, partitioned blob URLs, Mixed Content Level 2, and various things networking. He also has plenty of experience in the web standards world from IETF and W3C.
