[webkit-dev] Request for position: DisplayMediaStreamConstraints.selfBrowserSurface

This is a request for WebKit's position on extending getDisplayMedia to
also accept DisplayMediaStreamConstraints.selfBrowserSurface.
The PR that introduced this behavior to the getDisplayMedia spec was
approved by Apple engineer Youenn Fablet.
