[webkit-dev] Request for position on Subresource loading with Web Bundles

Hi webkit-dev.

I'd like to request WebKit's official position on Subresource loading with
Web Bundles.

The features provides a new approach to load a large number of resources
efficiently using a format that allows multiple resources to be bundled,
Web Bundles.
