[webkit-dev] Request for Position: User Preference Media Features Client Hints Headers

François Beaufort has landed an implementation (��) of
`Sec-CH-Prefers-Color-Scheme` in Chrome Canary (≥92.0.4514.0).

We have made a simple demo
(https://sec-ch-prefers-color-scheme.glitch.me/) available that
showcases the use case we want to enable.

Canary.
