[webkit-dev] Request for position: Media Session video conferencing actions

These new actions make sense to me as well.
Looking at the explainer, it seems there is a plan to add mute/unmute APIs.
I am wondering how this interacts with MediaStreamTrack enabled/muted
attributes and mute/unmute events.
