[webkit-dev] Request for position: WebAssembly SIMD

Hello,

This is a request for WebKit position on the WebAssembly SIMD proposal,
which is now at Phase 4
<https://github.com/WebAssembly/proposals#phase-4---standardize-the-feature-wg>
as
of the last WebAssembly CG meeting on 2/16/2021. Chrome is planning to ship
WebAssembly SIMD in 91.
