[webkit-dev] Request for position: Support full 'filter' syntax (i.e filter functions/shorthands) on SVG elements

Hello webkit-dev,

I'm seeking WebKit's position on application of filter functions/full
'filter' property syntax (as already implemented for HTML elements) on SVG
elements.
