[webkit-dev] Request for Position on document-access proposal

Hi Webkit-Dev,

I'd like to request an official position from webkit on the document-access
<https://github.com/dtapuska/documentaccess> proposal.

This proposal allows a frame tree to give up the requirement that
same-origin frames might be in the same event loop via an attribute.
