Yes, I'm working on it:) Sorry for not mention it in advance.

I think I've finished:

   - Wpt cases import

   - Webpreferences setting

   - Idl files generation

   - Management of Document, Element and ResizeObserver

For more details about the status, a WIP-patch has been uploaded in 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=157743.
