I'd like to remove the code related to acceleratedCompositingForOverflowScrollEnabled; it complicates RenderLayer z-order code, and is not sufficient for our desires of being able to accelerate all overflow-scrolls, not just those that can be made stacking context without affecting z-order. Simon
