[webkit-dev] Adding Emoji Support to Wincairo

Hi all,

I'm looking to add support for displaying Emoji's to the wincairo port.
I've reported https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172565
 for this, but I'm trying to find the best place to start.

Does anyone have any pointers?
