[webkit-dev] updated buildbot to use https://svn source

Morning folks.

I’ve updated the Buildbot config to sync source from https://svn.webkit.org <https://svn.webkit.org/>. It was previously using http. This will result in all bots checking out a fresh copy of the repo.
