[webkit-dev] WEB_TIMING enabled on all ports - let's remove the flag?

I'm not sure ENABLE_INDEXED_DATABASE quite fits with these other things. It doesn't require platform-specific support, the existing back end can use a portable storage library. It seems more like the kind of thing that new ports should stub out during bring-up than a thing that we might expect to be omitted entirely on some ports.
