I disagree, implementing ENABLE_VIDEO is possible with generic "multimedia player" library,
while ENABLE_WEB_AUDIO requires more advanced audio processing features.
And note that WebAudio is not supported in WinCairo port.

Also, AFAICS WebAudio is not widely used across the Web. Can anyone point me to real
website which is not WebAudio demo but makes use of this API somehow?
