[webkit-dev] New Certificate for svn.webkit.org

Hello,

The SSL/TLS certificate on svn.webkit.org has been updated to replace the old SHA-1 cert with SHA-256 cert.

This means you will need to accept the new certificate to make any transaction to svn.webkit.org <http://svn.webkit.org/>.
