[webkit-dev] Some text about the B3 compiler

Now, https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153647 and
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153711 are landed.

So, now, in GTK Linux x64 port, all the JSC tests pass! I think it's time
to enable B3 in Linux x64 :D
