[webkit-dev] Building Webkit on Windows

Hello ,
I am trying to build webkit on Windows .
I am following  steps from https://webkit.org/building-webkit-on-windows/
However I am unable to find a way to build webkit using MSVS2015 or  Cygwin .
Can anyone guide here please?
