Someone should check Firefox and IE, I guess. I think it’s likely that Chrome still has the behavior that Blink inherited from WebKit when Google forked it, and someone should check that too.

Some of the new work on color from the CSS working group is quite different from what we have today <https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color/>.
