[webkit-dev] WinCairo 64-bit Bot Failures

Hi,

thanks for fixing the build issues.

It seems the WinCairo bot still has some issues, for example
- run-javascriptcore-tests step is killed after 20 minutes
   without producing any output. JSC test doesn't take so long,
   and it should produce output during run. Maybe build-jsc stucked
   for some reason. But why do you call it, when build-webkit also
   builds jsc.exe ?
- all of the bindings tests fail. I haven't seen any problem
   from the stdout, but maybe different end on lines cause
   this problem. How come it isn't problem on the Apple Win bots?

Are you planning to port run-webkit-tests to be able run layout tests
on this bot too and maintain expected files regularly? NRWT hasn't
supported WinCairo port ever, and there is no ORWT since r171967.

Now WinCairo can't run tests, so can we remove the 
LayoutTests/platform/wincairo/TestExpectations file?
It seems it is originated from the old Skipped file and
was touched many times by many contributors for nothing.
