[webkit-dev] Trying to turn WebRTC's code on - MEDIA_STREAM flags

Welcome to WebKit!  

I have also spent a fair amount of time blindly switching unfamiliar features on and off.  You can usually use the ChangeLogs, svn blame and trac.webkit.org to find some information, but I think it would be mutually beneficial if everyone took a moment to update http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/FeatureFlags which hasn’t been updated in 14 months.  People are working on new features, and there is often no documentation :(
