[webkit-dev] Remove ENABLE_NETWORK_INFO ?

Hi,

I think that feature should be removed from WebKit. The spec[1] clearly
states:

"Work on this document has been discontinued and it should not be
referenced or used as a basis for implementation."

Anyone against removing the networkinfo Module? It seems this feature
was initially implemented for the EFL port.
