[webkit-dev] Proposal: Remove DOMFileSystem support

Antonio Gomes noted to me that Ryosuke asked the same question around a month ago and got no objections (https://lists.webkit.org/pipermail/webkit-dev/2013-August/025351.html), so I am going to move forward and remove it.
