[webkit-dev] Heads up: moving a bunch of JS tests from LayoutTests/js to LayoutTests/js/dom, and a handful of regexp tests from fast/regex to fast/regex/dom

I am landing this now.  It's not a small patch.  I believe I changed all tooling and TestExpectations to know about the new directory structures.

I'll be watching for failures for the next ~2 hours.
