[webkit-dev] Ripping out of event retargeting code for Shadow DOM

Hi,

It appears that nobody is building WebKit with SHADOW_DOM build flag
enabled it doesn't even build anymore on trunk.

As a part of the effort to cleanup the event dispatching code, I'm going to
completely rip out the event retargeting code for shadow DOM.
