[webkit-dev] Announcement: CSS3_TEXT_DECORATION flag

Yeah, as we agreed at the contributor’s meeting, if we think a feature is ready for experimentation, and we think it will eventually be enabled (e.g. there is a stable-ish spec), then we turn it on for nightly builds.

I assume that this doesn’t break any existing decoration code?
