Hi Geoff.

It is chicken-egg problem: without Browser vendors commitment to WebCL, the
 motivation for hardware vendors to implement, for example, OpenCL 1.2
"Memory Initialization" and "Context termination" extensions, required by
WebCL, is not as strong.
