[webkit-dev] PSA: Migration plan to GStreamer 1.x

Yes, sounds good to me too. I think we should add gstreamer 1.0 to EFL's
jhbuild then since Ubuntu 12.04 LTS does not seem to ship it.
I can do this soon if everyone is OK with it.
