[webkit-dev] Enabling Features through Defaults

WebKit2 prefs have a bit more complexity to their names. For the Safari “Content” page group (normal pages):

defaults write com.apple.Safari.ContentPageGroupIdentifier.WebKit2WebGLEnabled -bool YES
