[webkit-dev] A new test in a patch passes locally fails on ews

I have converted the test into a text-only test. I didn't figure out the
reason of the failure on bot. Today I encountered a similar issue with a
ref test which fails on mac only.

Why we stopped uploading zip files? I think it would be useful for
debugging the issue and creating test expectations on ports that the
developer doesn't have.

(BTW, the link to the output (http://queues.webkit.org/results/14132702) in
the message https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98100#c19 seems
incorrect. I can't find any occurrence of the name of the failing test in
the linked page. The link from the ews icons under the patch is correct.)
