[webkit-dev] Websocket enabling on android 4.0.3

I am trying to enable web socket feature on android 4.0.3 native browser.
i.e WEB-SOCKET flag in android 4.0.3 (ICS) webkit code. (#if  ENABLE
(WEB_SOCKET)). I have refered http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/AddingFeatures  link
to enable WEB-SOCKET flag. Still there is no difference in the build.
Please let me know the detailed procedure to enable WEB-SOCKET flag in
android webkit code base.
