      Does Webkit support Cache-Control write in html tag now? 

      The sample html code is :
      <head>
                 <title>Cache-Control no cache</title>
                 <meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache">
                 <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">
     </head>
