[webkit-dev] WebKit IDL cleanup

Hello WebKit

I am planning to document IDLs being used in WebKit:

Before starting documenting, I would like to clean up the IDLs in
WebKit. Here is a cleanup plan. There are 117 IDLs, and I am planning
to remove 44 IDLs and rename 47 IDLs:
