[webkit-dev] WebKit Commit Queue is not processing patches

Hi folks,

All the bots on WebKit commit queue are in a loop of "Starting Queue", "Stopping Queue, reason: Delegate terminated queue" and back to "Starting Queue".  Because of this, no patches are being processed.  Eric Seidel and Adam Barth, who usually manage the queue, I am told might be on vacation.  if theres anyone else who can take a look at the commit queue bots, please do so.
