[webkit-dev] We should encourage the use of httpS://svn.webkit.org

Hi,

It appears that we recommend the use of non-secure HTTP connection on many
webkit.org documents:
e.g. https://www.webkit.org/building/checkout.html

Can we move away from this and recommend the use of HTTPS instead? It's
very easy to eavesdrop the svn credentials if we're using HTTP.
