[webkit-dev] ENABLE-removal summary

As discussed previously on webkit-dev, we've been cleaning up some of
the ENABLE macros in WebKit:

As part of this effort, we've removed 19 ENABLE macros.  Of those, 5
were converted to USE macros, 6 were deleted along with their
associated code, and 8 were removed and the associated code was always
enabled.

I'd like to thank everyone who helped with this project, both patch
writers and reviewers.  Hopefully everyone will find WebKit a little
more hackable now.  :)
