[webkit-dev] window.getMatchedCSSRules() not supporting pseudo element

Hi All,
I am looking into chrome issue
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=102599

Webkit is not handling pseudo element argument passed to
getMatchedCSSRules().
Is it due to any specific design constraint or under implementation?
