[webkit-dev] Adding the Vibration API to WebCore

Hi webkit-dev.

I want to let you know that I plan to add the Vibration API to WebKit.
(http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/vibration/)
This support will be behind the ENABLE_VIBRATION feature define.

Spec is not mature because it's recently added.
But Mozila is already implemented this.

I'm going to support this until finishing both the spec and patch.
