Hi Everyone,

As of this moment, we have an active, GREEN WinCairo buildbot running (r81934)!

Somehow, it turns out that people other than myself have started using the WinCairo build and it's high time I start treating it like a real port.

Consequently, I would really appreciate it if everyone could glance at the WinCairo build slave from time-to-time as you make changes.
