I use Diff/Formatted Diff to extract some lines out of a patch.  I can't do
that on review tool because I can't select lines by a mouse drag.

Similarly, the Review Patch page has these buttons on the bottom:

I frequently use review to reduce the amount of typos and other forms of
errors before submission.
