[webkit-dev] XHR responseArrayBuffer attribute

I've noticed that the responseArrayBuffer attribute has recently been added
to the XMLHttpRequest-2 specification:

I was interested to know if anybody was planning on implementing that
attribute soon.  If not, I would like to add this myself.
