[webkit-dev] Broken test

The same test is failing on essentially all the bots:

fast/files/file-reader.html

The blame list computed by the bots is as follows:

However, that list doesn't make much sense.  If you touched some code
related to this test yesterday, can you help figure out why its
failing?
