[webkit-dev] Buildbots now running test-webkitpy and test-webkitperl

If you don't touch our python or perl scripts you can stop reading.


If you do, you should be aware that all the buildbots [1] are now [2]
running test-webkitpy and test-webkitperl after every commit.  This
means python/perl changes can break the tree like any other change and
the sherriffbot will yell at you if you do. :)

Note the total testing time for the python and perl tests together is
slightly over 10 seconds. :)

1.  Tiger doesn't run test-webkitpy yet as its python version is too old.
2. wms restarted the master tonight,

happened.
