[webkit-dev] Build Error in the Cairo Port

If I manually copy WebCore\platform\graphics\cairo to
$(WebKitLibrariesDir)\include\cairo, WebKit compiles fine, but the
linking stage takes forever, then fails with:

4>Linking...
4>   Creating library C:\ws\WebKit\WebKitBuild\lib\WebKit.lib and
object C:\ws\WebKit\WebKitBuild\lib\WebKit.exp
4>Generating code
4>Finished generating code
4>shell32.lib(shguid.obj) : fatal error LNK1103: debugging information
corrupt; recompile module
