[webkit-dev] commit-queue usernames?

Just as a warning: changing commits after the fact can cause
git.webkit.org to get out of sync (it can mirror before the username
change goes through).  I don't think that's a reason to not make a
change like this, but it would be good to figure out how to handle
this before you make it live.
