[webkit-dev] Failing tests blocking commit queue

This appears to be on the Tiger bot only.  I've looked into it in spare cycles, but haven't been rushing it because my understanding was that the Tiger bots don't block the commit queue.

2 questions:
1 - Has this been seen on any of the non-Tiger bots?
2 - Does the Tiger bot block the commit queue

If the answer to either is yes, then I will resolve it today one way or another.
